Unlike what you might think, macarons have Italian origin.

For the marriage of Caterina de Medici, which took place on 28 October 1533 with Henry of Valois, Duke of Orleans, the bride had this elegant biscuit with a delicate taste in the heart of ganache produced as a court dessert.

The Macarons of Elvezia are all handmade and each has its own particular color, where it holds its unique and silky ganache with unique flavors.
